Being a by-law to dedicate that Part of Block 33, Plan
40M-1304, Picketing, designated as Part 4 on Plan 40R-
8386 as public highway (Fawndale Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that Part of Block 33, Plan 40M-
1304, Pickering, designated as Part 4 on Plan 40R-8386 and wishes to dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
That Part of Block 33, Plan 40M-1304, Pickering, designated as Part 4 on Plan 40R-8386 is
hereby dedicated as public highway (Fawndale Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of November, 1998.
