BY-LAW NO. 4 5 4 3/9 4
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lot 9, Plan 282,
designatedas Parts 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and23, Plan 40R-
11206 (Waterford Gate, between Oakburn Street and
Woodview Avenue.) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of those parts of Lot 9, Plan 282,
Pickering, designated as Parts 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23, Plan 40R-11206 and wishes to dedicate them as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Those parts of Lot 9, Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Parts 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23, Plan
40R-11206 are hereby dedicated as public highway (Waterford Gate).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of December, 1994.
