Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 64 and 65, Plan 40M-
I 762, Pickering as public highway (Copley Street and
Thicket CrescenO.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 64 and 65, Plan 40M-
1762, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 64, Plan 40M-1762, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway (Copley Street).
2. Block 65, Plan 40M-1762, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Thicket
Crescent/Copley Street)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17 th day of October, 1994.
