BY-LAW NO, 4496/94
Being a by-law to exempt Blocks 47, 48, 49, 54 and 55,
Plan 40M-1507, Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, the
council of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands
described as follows:
Blocks 47, 48, 49, 54 and 55, Plan 40M-1507, Pickering.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of September, 1994.
