BY-LAW NO. 4458/94
Being a by-law to amend By-law 3855/91 to provide for
the appointment of Michael St. dean and Robert Lalonde
as Inspectors.
WHEREAS, on October 7, 1991, pursuant to a predecessor of the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992,
c. 23, section 3(2), the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law 3855/91,
and in so doing appointed certain persons to certain positions; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to appoint additional inspectors for the purpose of enforcing that Act and the
regulations thereunder;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule A to By-law 3855/91, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following Items:
8. Inspector Michael St. Jean
9. Inspector Robert Lalonde
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 27th day of June, 1994.
