BY-LAW NO. 4455/94
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 85, Plan 40M-1629,
Pickering, as public highway (Pinegrove Avenue.).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 85, Plan 40M-1629,
Pickering, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 85, Plan 40M-1629, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Pinegrove Avenue).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 27th day of June, 1994.
