Corporation of the Town of Pickering ' One The Esplanade Pickering, Ontario L1V 6K7 Dear Mr. Taylor: Re: Proposed M,L,E.O, Designations For Authority Staff to Enforce Town of Pickering By-Law 2359187 on Conservation Authority Property As you are aware, Town of Pickering By-Law number 3453/90 was passed on 17 April 1990, being a By-law to appoint By-Law Enforcement Officers for certain purposes (Parking Regulations - M.T.R.C.A.). At that time, two Officers were appointed with respect to the above. We have now had the opportunity to review our parking control program since its inception. It is obvious that due to staffing requirements, the two officer complement does not provide adequate coverage, especially during the busy summer season. Accordingly, we would respectfully request that By-Law number 3453/90 be amended to appoint the following two Officers: David Glenn Turkington Michael John Siydock Please find attached both Officer's Provincial Offences Officer designations. Your assistance with this matter is appreciated.
