BY-LAW NO, 4421/94
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 1 to 4, 100 to 105 and 150
to 157, Plan 40M-1630, Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13 the
council of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands
described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 150, 151, 152, 153, 154, 155, 156 and 157, Plan
40M-1630, Picketing.
BY-LAW read a first~ second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of May, 1994.
