BY-LAW NO, 4393/94
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of Transfers of
storm sewer easements to The Corporation of the Town
of Picketing in Plans 40M-1423 and 40M-1600,
Picketing.
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Picketing'requires storm sewer easements for the purpose
of draining storm water through Plans 40M- 1423 and 40M- 1600, Picketing, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 191 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter M.45,
the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing may pass by-laws for acquiring interests in
lands;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of storm sewer easement, in
the form attached hereto as Schedule A, from Iljo Bekarovski and Mileva Bekarovski to the
Corporation of the Town of Picketing over that part of Lot 15, Plan 40M-1600, Picketing,
designated as Part 5, Plan 40R-12404.
2. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of storm sewer easement, in
the form attached hereto as Schedule B, from Nick Vincelli and Johanne Vincelli to the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering over that part of Lot 16, Plan 40M-1600, Picketing,
designated as Part 6, Plan 40R-12404.
3. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of storm sewer easement, in
the form attached hereto as Schedule C, from Mike Romanidis and Rosa Romanidis to the
Corporation of the Town of Picketing over that part of Block 21, Plan 40M-1423, Picketing,
designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-12404 and that part of Block 35, Plan 40M-1600, Picketing,
designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-12404.
3. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of storm sewer easement, in
the form attached hereto as Schedule D, from Chris Vranches and Anna Vranches to the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering over that part of Block 21, Plan 40M-1423, Picketing,
designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-12404 and that part of Block 36, Plan 40M-1600, Picketing,
designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-12404.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of February, 1994.
