BY-LAW NO. 4870/96
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lots 4 and 5, Plan
469, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-16855
(Marshcourt Drive) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lots 4 and 5, Plan
469, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-16855 and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lots 4 and 5, Plan 469, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-16855 is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Marshcourt Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of November, 1996.
