BY-LAW NO. 5378/98
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2632/88 providing for
the erection of stop signs.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter H.8, section
137, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 2632/88 providing for the
erection of stop signs at intersections on highways under its jurisdiction;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule I to By-law 2632/88, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following items:
Colunm I
Intersections
Weybum Square
Birchwood Court
Column II
Facing Traffic
Northbound on Birchwood Court
This By-law shall not come into force unless it is approved by the Council of the Regional
Municipality of Durham pursuant to the Regional Municipalities Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter R.8,
section 34.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 22nd day of September 1998.
