HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 5319/98THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 5319/98 Being a by-law to exempt Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Plan 40M- 1913, Pickering, from part lot control. WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the council of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands described as follows: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Plan 40M-1913, Pickering. This by-law shall remain in force and effect for a period of one year from the date of the passing of this by-law and shall expire on May 19, 1999. BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1 st day of June, 1998.
