BY-LAW NO. S298/98
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
Development Agreement and related documentation
respecting the development of parts of Lots 21 and 22,
Concession 1, Picketing (OPB Realty (Picketing Centre)
Inc. )
WHEREAS a proposal by OPB Realty (Picketing Centre) Inc. to redevelop certain parts of Lots 21 and
22, Concession 1, Picketing is acceptable to the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing on
the condition that OPB Realty (Picketing Centre) Inc. enter into a satisfactory Development Agreement
with the corporation pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13 section
51(6);
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Development Agreement in a form
satisfactory to the Town Solicitor, in consultation with the Director of Planning, the Director of
Public Works and the General Manager, between OPB Realty (Pickering Centre) Inc. and the of part
of Lots 21 and 22, Concession 1, Picketing.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of May, 1998.
