Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws 3077/89
and 3151/89 respecting Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,
13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29,
30, 33, 34, 35 and 36, Plan 40M-1535, Pickering
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 3077/89 and 3151/89 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
