BY-LAW NUMBER 5 2 ]. 8 /98
Being a By-law to amend By-law 4113/92, which amends Restricted Area
(Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended, to implement the Official Plan of the Town
of Piekering District Planning Area, Region of Durham on Lots 46 to 54,
Plan 40M-1811, in the Town of Pickering.

WHEREAS the Ontario Municipal Board approved By-law 4113/92, amending Restricted Area
(Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended, to permit the development of 68 detached dwellings with lot
frontages ranging from 9.0 metres to 18.0 metres, on the lands being Part of Lot 24,
Concession 2, (Lots 1 to 68, Plan 40M-1811) in the Town of Picketing;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing now deems it
desirable to amend By-law 4113/92, to permit the development of 13 detached residential
dwellings with minimum lot frontages of 12.0 metres on the lands being Lots 46 to 54,
Plan 40M-1811, in the Town of Piekering;
AND WHEREAS an amendment to By-law 4113/92 is therefore necessary;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
TEXT AMENDMENTS
(1) Section 2. of By-law 4113/92 is hereby amended by deleting "SI-10".
(2)
Section 5.(1)(a) of By-law 4113/92 is hereby amended by deleting all references
to "SI-10".
(3)
Section 5.(1)(b) of By-law 4113/92 is hereby amended by deleting all references
to "SI-10".

Sections 5.(1)Co)(i) and 5.(1)Co)(ii) of By-law 4113/92 are hereby amended by
deleting Section A, and re-alphabetizing these sections A to C thereto.
Section 5.(1)Co)(iv) of By-law 4113/92 is hereby amended by deleting Section A,
and re-alphabetizing this section A to D thereto.
(6) Section 5.(1)(b)(vi)A of By-law 4113/92 is hereby amended by deleting the
"S 1-10" reference.
SCHEDULE I
Schedule 'T' of By-law 4113/92 is hereby revoked and Schedule 'T' attached hereto and
forming part of this By-law is substituted therefor.

EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof subject to the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board, if required.
