WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of the Road Allowance between Lots 30 and 31, Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing, designated as Parts 3, 4, 5 and 7, Plan 40R-XXXXX and wishes to dedicate them as public highway; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Those Parts of the Road Allowance between Lots 30 and 31, Range 3, B.F.C, Pickering, designated as Parts 3, 4, 5 and 7, Plan 40R-XXXXX, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Rosebank Road). BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of March, 1998.
