Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law 4905/97,
respecting Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Plan 40M-1861, Pickering.
WHEREAS, purs, uant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 4905/97 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of March, 1998.
