Being a by-law to establish Part Lot 42, Plan 40M-2536,
being Part 2, Plan 40R-29794 as public highway.
• Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of Part Lot 42, Plan
40M-2536, being Part 2, Plan 40R-29794, and wishes to establish it as public highway.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows: •
1. Part Lot 42, Plan 40M-2536, being Part 2, Plan 40R-29794•is hereby established
as public highway (Park Crescent).
By-law passed this 15th day of January, 2018.
