CARRIED Mr. Sanham stat~ they wished to operate stock car racing on 95 acres, being east half of Lot 28, Con. 1. They would build a grandstand to seat 2750 imaediately with seating capacity of 8000 eventually, and have a quarter mile track with racing twice a week ' between 8: 30 and 10: 30 p. m. Track would be floed lit" no go karts, 7' fence_round track, and could operate in two weeks after Council approve&. Track would probably be 1000' r~ Second Concession.
