ADOPTION-OF MINUTES
Meeting of May 2, 1983
( II )
1.
DELEGATIONS
Mr. John Hoddenbagh, representing Chrand Con-
struction, distributed an engineering drawing
dated April 21, 1983 for the reconstruction of
Eastbank Road. He stated that this drawing has
been discussed with the Director of Public Works
and he approves of it. The previous drawing dated
May 13, 1983 is a compromise that is unacceptable
because the radius of the cul-de-sac is too small
for snow plows to turn, the Trotmans will lose
some frontage and the cost is $4,000 more than
provided for in the new drawing.
