That, Council, move In Camera in accordance with the provisions of the, Municipal
Act and Procedural 'By-law 7212/12, in that the matters to be discussed relate to
the receiving of advice that is subject to solicitor -client Privilege, including
communications necessary for'that purpose, and a proposed or pending"
acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality.

That Council rise into open session of Council.

Transfer of Surplus City Road Allowance
1505, 1555 and 1575 Kingston Road (Lennox Lane)
Resolution #135/16
Moved by Councillor Pickles
Seconded by Councillor Johnson
That staff complete the process of stopping up and closing Lennox Lane
and declare surplus those lands known as Blocks 39 to 41 and 47 to 48,
Plan 40M-2089 and Lennox Lane; and
2. That the conveyance of those lands be merged with adjacent lands
currently owned by 2450734 Ontario Inc. in consideration for certain park
improvements to the satisfaction of the City to be provided by the
landowner.

introduce a By-law of the City of Pickering to confirm.those proceedings of the
Council of The Corporation of. the City of Pickering at its Special Meeting of
Council of March 7, 2016.
