Brenner D. Dickerson R. Johnson B. Mitchell B. Morgan K. Van Kempen ALSO PRESENT: N. C. Marshall B. Taylor S. Vokes - Town Manager - Town Clerk - Deputy Director of Public Works (I) ADOPTION OF MINUTES Regular meeting of April 2,1991. 8 (II ) 1. DELEGATIONS Laura Sutton, 1005 Rouge Valley Drive, representing the Parents - Teachers Association of St. Monicas School, stated that St. Mon; cas's School is severely overcrowded and therefore there are many parents who need to pick up their children. At present, there is a IINo Parkingll regulation on the south side of Twyn Rivers Drive adjacent to the school which means that parents must park on the north side of the road thus forcing the children to cross Twyn Rivers Drive.
