Seconded by Councillor Pickles
That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c M.45, as amended, the Council of
the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a closed meeting to consider a matter
subject to the Municipal Freedom ofInformation Act.
CARRIED
John Wiersma, President and CEO, Veridian Corporation, along with other representatives of Veridian,
namely Jim Mason, Chair, Jim Van Dyke, Vice Chair, and Dave Clark, Treasurer made a presentation
respecting various business proposals being contemplated by Veridian.
