The City of Toronto, York Region, Peel Region and Durham Region are all experiencing problems with body rub parlours. He stated their opposition to any amendments to the zoning by-law which would allow for this type of use. 5. Michael Andrigetti, representing the applicant, stated that this is a pennitted use, but understanding the concerns have requested that an approval be received for the interior of the units and restrictions on signage could be considered.
