linked to any other application in the South Liverpool area. He stated that the applicant has

Irena Barker, 1890 Valley Farm Road, Ste. 813, referred to her letter in the agenda. She
questioned whether the proposed five units on Valley Farm Road will be facing or backing
onto the road and whether or not the future road beside the Lennox property will be two or
four lanes. She stated her concern that if left hand turns are not permitted onto Kingston
Road from this development then this will increase the traffic on Valley Farm Road.
