By-law No.7224/12
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 31 and -
32, Plan 40M-2470, Pickering, as public
highway.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 31 and, 32,
Plan 40M-2470, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway. •
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1. :Blocks 31 and 32, Plan 40M-2470 are hereby dedicated as public highway
(Maitland Drive).
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of June, 2012.
