Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of
Lot 18, Concession 3, designated as Parts
1, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 13, Plan 40R-26332 and
Block 145, Plan 40M-2437 as public .
highway.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 18,
Concession 3, designated as Parts 1, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 13, Plan 40R-26332 and Block
145, Plan 40M-2437, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1. Those parts of Lot 18, Concession 3, Pickering, designated as Parts 1, 5, 7, 9, 11
and 13, Plan 40R-26332 and Block 145, Plan 40M-2437, are hereby dedicated
as public highway (William Jackson Drive).
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of June, 2012.
