The Corporation of the.Cityof Pickering
By-law No. 7098/11
Being a by-law to dedicate' that part of Lot 3,
Plan 282, Pickering,. being ` Part 72, Plan
40R-25121 as public highway (Rockwood
Drive).
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 3, Plan
282, Pickering, being Part 72, Plan 40R-25121 and wishes to dedicate it as public
highway.,
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1: That part of Lot 3, Plan 282, Pickering, being Part 72, Plan 40R-25121 is hereby
dedicated as public highway. (Rockwood Drive)
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of January,
2011.
