The Corporation of the City of Pickering
By-law No. 7046/10
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot
26, RCP'819, Pickering, designated as Part
4, Plan 40R-25901, as public highway.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 26;
RCP' 819, Pickering;' designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-25901 and wishes to dedicate it as
public highway.
Now therefore the Council of The Cprporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
.1. That part of Lot 26, RCP 819, Pickering, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-25901 Js
hereby dedicatedas public highway (Fairport Road).
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of May, 2010.
