A Statutory Public Meeting was held by the Pickering Town Council on
Monday, May 15, 1989 at 7:30 p.m.

(I) PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW NUMBER 3132/89 (A 35/88)

EXTENSION OF MOORELANDS CRESCENT
1. An explanation of the application was given by the
Director of Planning.

Mrs. Elizabeth Cole, 561 Rosebank Road South, spoke in
objection to the proposed by-law until the matter of
construction traffic is addressed. She stated that she
and many of her nei ghbours on Rosebank Road were unaware
of the public meetings and that the concerns of the
residents on Moore1ands Crescent regarding construction
traffic using Rosebank Road rather than Cowan Circle were
dealt with without her knowledge. She requested that
construction traffic be required to access the development
by Cowan Circle.

3. Gerard Gervais, on behalf of the applicant, requested a
list of concerns from Mrs. Cole and stated they will be
addressed in order to minimize intrusion.
