A Statutory Public Meeting was held by the Pickering Town Council on
Monday, September 18, 1989 at 7:30 p.m.

(I) PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW NUMBER 3252/89 (A 49/89)

1. An explanation of the application was given by the Director
of Planning.
2. There were no comments in favour of or opposed to the
proposed by-law.
(II) PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW NUMBER 3253/89 (A 1/89)
PICK WHITE INCORPORATED (BOYER PONTIAC)
SOUTH SIDE OF KINGSTON ROAD, EAST OF WHITES ROAD

1. An explanation of the application was given by the Manager,
Current Operations Division. He stated that a letter of
credit in the amount of $100,000 has not been received.
2. Murray Stroud, on behalf of the applicant, stated that a
cheque in the amount of $100,000 will be submitted to the
Town on September 19, 1989.
3. There were no comments in favour of or opposed to the
proposed by-law.
(III) PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW NUMBER 3254/89 (A 35/89)
