1. An explanation of the application was given by the Manager,
Current Operations Division.
2. Penny Mitchell, Chairperson, Forest Glen Community
Association stated that area residents are concerned about
the quality of the project and asked what measures will be
taken to ensure the project will be completed.

Peter Barrett, 305 Toynevale Road, objected to the by-law.
His property presently has a dual R3/R4 zoning and
requested that the R4 zoning be established instead of R3
indicated in the by-law.

Ted Cicieura, Design Plan Services, representing the
applicant requested that the sideyard requirement of 1.5
metres be reduced to 1.2 metres and that the minimum
dwell i ng uni t area be reduced from 84 square metres to 74
square metres.
