1. Explanation of application by the Director of Planning.
2. r-1rs. C. Mitchell, 1491 Finch Avenue, stated that she
objects to this development because the density is too high
and is not in character with the neighbourhood.

1. Explanation of application by the Director of Planning.
2. Mrs. Diane Suter, representing Bramalea Limited, stated
that the definition of "Major Appliance Store" should be
clarified and only a five metre setback is required for the
buildings that abut Dixie Road.

EAST SIDE OF BROCK ROAD, SOUTH OF BAYLY STREET
1. Explanation of application by the Director of Planning.

Limited, stated that he concurs with the proposed by-law.
