THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING
BY-lAW NO. 6875/08
Being a by-law to dedicate parts of lots 3 and 4,
Registrar's Compiled Plan 282, Pickering, being Parts
37, 39, 59, 60, 61, 67 and 68, Plan 40R-25121 as
public highway (Rockwood Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of certain lands lying within
Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
1. Those parts of lots 3 and 4, Registrar's Compiled Plan 282, Pickering, being Parts 37,
39, 59, 60, 61, 67 and 68, Plan 40R-25121 are hereby dedicated as public highway
(Rockwood Drive).
