WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 3D, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Pickering, designated as Part 5, Plan 40R-23855 and wishes to dedicate it as public highway. NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That part of Lot 30, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Pickering, designated as Part 5, Plan 40R-23855 is hereby dedicated as public highway (Sheppard Avenue).
