WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of that part of Block W-1, Plan M-1058, Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-23981 and wishes to dedicate it as public highway. NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That part of Block W-1, Plan M-1058, Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-23981 is hereby dedicated as public highway (New Street).
