NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY r ENACTS AS FOllOWS: 1. That part of lot 28, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-13864 is hereby dedicated as public highway (Oklahoma Road).
