THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NO. 6641/06
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 74, Registrar's
Compiled Plan No. 1041, Pickering, designated as Part 5, Plan
40R-23861 and that part of Block 32, Plan 40M-1987, Pickering,
designated as Part 8, Plan 40R-23861 as public highway
(Grayabbey Court).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 74,
Registrar's Compiled Plan No. 1041, Pickering, designated as Part 5, Plan 40R-23861 and
that part of Block 32, Plan 40M-1987, Pickering, designated as Part 8, Plan 40R-23861 and
wishes to dedicate them as public highway.
~OW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 74, Registrar's Compiled Plan No.1 041, Pickering, designated as Part
5, Plan 40R-23861 and that part of Block 32, Plan 40M-1987, Pickering, designated as
Part 8, Plan 40R-23861 are hereby dedicated as public highway (Grayabbey Court).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of March, 2006.
