THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICXERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute a Condominium Agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and Kipaxk Construction Limited and
Farnham Holdings Limited carrying on
business as Tudor Clen Homes, Block A,
Plan M-1017. (Condominium Plan 18CDM 75-134)
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
