THE COMICIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN of PICKERING HERE 3Y
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be authorized
to e:cecute two Site Plan Agreements between the
Gor oration of the Town of Pickering and Bianca
Israeli:, Luba Smoskowitz and Harvey Friedman on
the one hand (Part 1, Plan 40R-3535) and Kent
Industrial Developments Limited on the other hand
(Part 2, Plan 40R-3535; with respect to Block AC,
Plan M-997.
2. By-law Number 553/77 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
day of . , 1977.
