Tm E CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW 138/77
Being a By-law of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to appoint -members to
the Town of Pickering Committee of
Adjustment.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1 of Section
41 of The Planning Act, R.S.G. 1970, c, 349, the Council of
a Municipality may by By-law appoint a Committee of Adjustment;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TO?1'N OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following are hereby appointed as Members
of the Committee of Adjustment for the periods
indicated:
Margaret Bishop
Mr. James A. Murray
Mr. George iii. Deane
To January 1, 1979
To January 1, 1980
To January 1, 1981
2. The Members shall be paid $30.00 per diem, Pius
the sum of 19C per mile {12? per kilometer} for
distance travelled necessarily on Town business.
3. By-law Number 547/77 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first, second and third time and MASSED this
Igi-h day of December, 1977.
