DISPOSITION
THE CORPORATION OF TF_ 0s^'s O P CKFRING
BY=LAW Ni.TkME-R 734/77
Being a By-,Law to amend By-Law 142/74, as
amended by By-Law 326/75, and to repeal
By-Law 728/77.
WHEREAS by By-Law 142/74, passed December 16th, 1974,
the Council of the Corporation of the Town: of Pickering
established, inter aiia, the rates and fares to be charged
by the owners or drivers of taxicabs for the conveyance of
goods or passengers;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amen=d that
By-Law;
NEW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF T14E CO#40 f ?ON OF THF;
TOW' OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1, Schedule I of By-Law 142/74, as amended by By-Law
326/75, is hereby revoked a..d replaced by the
Schedule a*tached hereto as Schedule "A" to this
By-Law.
2. By-Law 723/77 is hereby repealed.
3. This By-Law shall be effective from and after the
23t ay of November, 1977.
