BY-LAW No. 72C/77
Being a by-law to authorize the execution
of a dev l opment agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering,
Orangebrook Developme.-its Limited and
Ballsycroy InvestmentsLimited with respect
to the development of certain lands in
Lot 18, Range 3,'Brok'en Front Concession
(Part 1, Playa 40R-2603)
WHEREAS,' pursuant to the provisions of By-Law 190/75, enacted
by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering on March
17th, 1975, the Corporation may impose development and ie-development
controls, including the need to enter into xc~ _,-tints pursuant to
Sections 35 and 35a of The Planning Act, F.?. 1970, Chapter 349, as
amended;
AND WHEREAS drangebrook Developments Limited and Ballycroy
Investments. Limited wish to development certain lands and premises
within the Town of Pickering;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF TliE TOWN OF
PICKERING'HEREBY 'ENACTS AS FOLLOWS.
1. Themayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agree-
ment between the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Orangebrook'Developments Limited and Ballycroy Investments
with respect to the development of those lands and 'premises
being Part of Lot 18, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Town
of Pickering, designated as Part l on Plan 40R-2603.
