Being a By-.law to authorize the exec-at cn
of a Licence Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town or Pickering and
Lame Davis with respect to the leasing
of Parts 3 and 9, Reference Plan 40R-2538
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
I. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute a Licence Agreement between the
Corporation of the Sown of Pickering and
Lorne Davis with respect to the leasing
of lands more particularly described as
Parts 3 ar_1 9, Reference Plan 46R-2638.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
