Being a By-law to anten3 By-law 4325/73
being a Restricted Area By-law implementing
the official Plan of the Township (now
Town) of Pickering in part of Lots 21, 22,
Concession 1, Township (now Town) of
Pickering
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering passed on March. 5th, 1973 By-law Number 4325/73
being a Restricted Area By-law implementing the Official
Plan of the Township (now Town) of Pickering in part of
Lots 21 and 22, Concession 1, Township (now Town) of
Pickering;
AND WHEREAS By-law Number 4325/73 received the approva?
of the Ontario Municipal Board, pursuant to the terms and
provisions of. The Planning Act, on July 25, 1973;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient at this time to amend
By-law 4325/73,
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 4325/73, being the Liverpool-
Finch zoning map, is hereby revoked and the Schedule
attached hereto as Schedule 1 to this By-law is
hereby substituted therefor.
2. This By-law shall come into force and take effect
upon being passed by Council, subject to the approval
of the Ontario Municipal Board.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this 1 day of 1977.
