WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to per:_it developrent to now

PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:-

SECTION 2: AREA RESTRICTED
The provisions of this By-law shall app-1.1 v xl! ' "nO;s

SECTION 3: GENERAL PROVISIONS
No building, land or past thereof shall _: tr
occupied, erected, moved or structurally altered except Lll <30rz-
formity with the provisions of this By-law.
SECTION 4: PROVISIONS
The standards and provisions as set oft on Sched° e "$"
attached hereto shall apply to the area restricted by this
By-law.
SECTION 5: BY-LAW 3036
By-law 3036, as amended, is hereby furtlher a--mended only
to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions of
this By-law as it `applies ,to the area set out in Schedule "R"
attached hereto. Definitions and subject clatters not specifically
dealt with in this By-law shall be governed by the provisions of
Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, .5, 6, 19 and 20 of By-law '036 as amended.
SECTION 6: ENFORCEMENT -
Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this
By-law shall be liable, upon conviction thereof to a fine not
exceeding $1,000.04 for each offence, exclusive of costs,
recoverable under the provisions of The Summary Convictions Act.
SECTION 7: EFFECTIVE DATE
No part of this By-law shall come into force without the
approval of the Ontaric Municipal Board but subject to such approval,
the by-law shall take effect from the date of the passing hereof.
