DISPOSITION
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERIUG
BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of Releases in favour of Jovial Investments
Limited and E-Sol, Development Limited wit'
respect to the land comprising plan M-11t_5
WHEREAS by Instrument dated May 2, 1959 and June 20, 1960,
the Corporation of the Township of Pickering entered into
agreements with certain parties concerning the orderly develop-
ment of those lands in the Town of Pickering now comprising
Plan M-1105;
AND WHEREAS it is now deemed necessary to release Jovial
Investments Limited and E-Sol. Development Limited from the
provisions of those' agreements;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute
a Release in favour of Jovial Investments Limited
and E-Sol Development Limited from the provisions
of a site plan agreement, dated June 20, 1960 and
registered in the office of Land Titles at
Whitby on August 5, 1960 as Instrument dumber 2083,
between Resources Land Co-operative Corporation
and the Corporation of the Township of Pickering,
with respect to those lands now known as -.,locks
A and Band Lots 1-12, inclusive, Plan M-1105.
2. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby further authorized
to execute a Release in favour of Jovial Investments
Limited and E-Sol Development Limited of an agree-
ment dated May 2, 1959 and registered in the Office
of Land Titles at Whitby on December 22, 1960 as
Instrument Number 2209, between Crusader Development
Corporation Limited, Resources Land Co-operative
Corporation, Consolidated Building Corporation
Limited and the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering, with respect to those lands now known as
Blocks A and B and Lots 1-12, inclusive, Plan M-1105.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this day of 1977.
