A By-law cf the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering, being a
street numbering by-law to
amend the street numbers on
Faylee Crescent in Registered
Plan M-997
WHEREAS R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 2"4, erection 363 (9) authorises
a municipality to pass by-laws to number houses and lots
within its boundaries;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to alter the street
numbers on certain lots in Registered Flan M-997;
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
enacts as follows:
1. The following street numbers are designated to the
various lots in Plan M-997.
Faylee Crescent - West - North (Outside)

" 39 17-268-34 1942
" 40 17-268-32 1944
41 17-268-28 1946
B1k.Q 17-268-30 1948
" 42 17-268-26 1950

2. By-law Number 135/74 is hereby amended to the extent
required by this By-law.
3. By-law Number 214/75 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed this
day of %?- 19777.
