Being a by-law of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering t,, authorize 'rpe
execution of an Opition Agreement between
the Corporation c` the Town of 'Pickering
and Her Majesty tie Queen in right of
Ontario as represented by The Minister
of the EnviromIIaent with respect to an
easement over Black A, Plan -106.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
a;. Than the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk
be authorized to execute an Option Agreement
between the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Her Majesty the Queen in
right of Ontario as represented by the
Minister of the Environment with respect to
town easement over Black A, Plan M-106.
