DISPOSITION

Being a By-law to dedicate certain lands -7
as a public highway pursuant to s. 443 of
The Municipal Act, F.S.O. 1570, (Pt. Lot
29, Plan 350)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner
in fee simple of certain lands being part of Lot 29, Plan. 350,
Town of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as
a public highway;
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN' OF PICKERIN'= HE'PEBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A"
hereto, which schedule is hereby made a part of this
By-law, are hereby dedicated as a public highway.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel. or tract of land in the
Town of Pickering in the Regional Municipality of Durham and.
Province of Ontario and being composed of that part of Lot 24,
according to a plat. registered in the Registry Office for the
Registry Division of Durham as Plan 350, designated as Part 3
on a plan of survey of record registered in the said Office
as Plan 44R-3544.
